Mountain Biking for real men

Observations formulated during back to motorcycling training in South Wales:
Obey national speed limits (weekend warriors note - you seem to be stressing the Chief Constable) except when the instructor and other trainee are a long way ahead;
By jaysus that engine pulls like a Merlin on reheat in all gears!
Be aware that the instructor seems to have eyes in the back of his head;
Avoid sheep - especially the new arrivals from the seaside - they seem keen to get back down there by whence they came i.e. the roads;
Look out for high flying red kites (birds?);
Look out for low flying C130s (metal bird);
Avoid dicing with red van man on the A40 (I've got your registration number you malakas);
Araf means slow;
