My employer used to be a British company. It was then bought by a Texan outfit with a senior management line up that looked as though far too many pies had been consumed for quite a long time. Latterly it "merged" with another US corporation. Following the take over the pie people have sought opportunities elsewhere to eat pie. Meanwhile Andre beavers away awaiting pay cuts, travel expense freezes and, with luck, redundancy.
