The theme is a solitary actress in the big city. We ended up eating dinner at Scholarcheio and buying a really useful tray.

Does a bouzouki sound a bit zither-esque? I am sure I heard THAT theme when I clicked on the pic of the cat......

ReplyDeleteYou have obviously seen through my innocent front and picked up the subliminal message that meat balls are good for you.
Well done and thanks for commenting, N

ReplyDeleteVery good and well done on picking up the thread on Melina Mercouri who in fact jilted Nana Mouskouri and sang this classic song with her oh so gravelly voice. She probably ate meatballs too, as all the best Greek actors cum polticians do. The difference with Melina is she gave up her acting career to be a poltician whereas the rest of them combine the role.
Happy seismology, N

ReplyDeleteI have a Herb Alpert arrangement of Zorba teh Greek if that helps. You were smoking what?
Best wishes, N
What use is that tray when I go swinging?
ReplyDeleteDear Nikos:
