Sending Coals to Newcastle

Just received on the wake-up Radio 4 dozing in bed make me chuckle news feed download service:
Two goat breeders from Staffordshire has been marooned in Bulgaria for three weeks because of the Foot and Mouth outbreak. Keith and Christine Ball were transporting a herd of sixty five pedigree goats overland to Cyprus when the herd was impounded. Keith, Christine and their animals have spent the last few weeks living at a control point on the Bulgarian border. Tests on the goats have just come back but the couple don't expect to get home until September - more than a month after they left.
